BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Dr. David Powell retired as Superintendent and CEO of SouthernTech, a regional technology center in Ardmore, Oklahoma, capping decades of service in occupational and adult education. Throughout his career, he focused on preparing students and adults for the workforce and on building the kind of training that regional employers depend on. Since retirement, he has continued his commitment to the community by serving on several boards tied to education and economic development. His experience across both the classroom and the executive office gives him a practical view of how workforce preparation and regional growth reinforce one another.. 

Jerold Phillips serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Citizens Bank & Trust Company of Ardmore, where he has worked for over twenty years. With a background in Information Technology, Jerold has embraced community banking and the role it plays in strengthening the areas it serves. In 2024, he was appointed to the Federal Reserve Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council, and he was recently named to the Oklahoma Banking Department Board. He is a member of the OBA and the ABA Government Relations Council, and he enjoys teaching at the OBA's intermediate and operations schools. Jerold graduated from the SMU Graduate School of Banking in 2015.

Chris Greening serves as Executive Director of the Charles B. Goddard Center for Visual and Performing Arts in Ardmore, Oklahoma, bringing more than 30 years of experience in arts education and administration. At the Goddard Center, he leads initiatives that bring professional performances, visual art exhibitions, educational programs, and community partnerships to audiences throughout southern Oklahoma, guided by the belief that the arts inspire creativity and strengthen communities. Chris holds a Master of Arts in Performing Arts Administration from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Millikin University, and his career spans roles as an administrator, educator, conductor, and musician. Beyond the Goddard Center and his work with SCORE, he serves on the Ardmore Tourism Authority, Ardmore Main Street Authority, and Southern Oklahoma Community Arts boards. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Pam, and their three children.

Andy Davis serves as Superintendent of Ardmore City Schools, bringing more than 25 years of experience in public education and a strong commitment to developing educators and creating opportunities for students across southern Oklahoma. He began his career in 1999 as a middle school science teacher and bus driver, then served as Assistant Principal and Principal of Ardmore High School before moving into district leadership as Assistant Superintendent. Throughout his career, Andy has focused on building strong teams, supporting educators at every stage, and creating pathways that encourage talented people to serve the communities they call home. As a member of SCORE, he brings the perspective of a teacher, administrator, and district leader to the work of growing the next generation of educators. Andy is married to a fellow educator, and together they are the proud parents of twins who recently graduated from college.

Dr. Tim Faltyn is the 21st President of Murray State College, founded as a school of agriculture in 1908 and now serving Southern Oklahoma and North Texas with centers of excellence in healthcare, agriculture, gunsmithing, and online education. A member of the Oklahoma Higher Education Hall of Fame and a Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Faltyn has led the College to all-time highs in graduation rates, external funding, enrollment, and national rankings. In his three years at Murray State, enrollment has grown by more than 40 percent across seven consecutive semesters, making it the fastest growing institution in Oklahoma. His degrees come from Central New Mexico, Central Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State, with post-doctoral training at Harvard.

Jody Kristen Gaddy serves as Human Resources Manager for Michelin Ardmore, where she has built a 23-year career with Michelin North America. Over the past five years, she has focused on workforce and career development, drawing on earlier experience in quality management, material industrialization, and rubber mixing. Her path at Michelin spans roles as Salaried Personnel Manager and Quality Manager in Ardmore, along with twelve years in Research and Development locally and two more at the company's Greenville, South Carolina facility. Jody holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. Beyond her work at Michelin, she serves on the Mercy Foundation Board as Secretary and Treasurer, sits on the MEE Local Committee, and represents Michelin with the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce.
